From 1975 to 1981, the masterful Egon Wembled designed a series of glass Christmas plates for the Rosenthal company. These plates feature a variety of deep and light hues, adorned with decorative motifs primarily in cobalt blue, yellow, and gold enamel. They can be hung or displayed without the included black plastic backing. These limited-edition plates, with an annual release of 2000 units, have become highly sought-after collectibles.
