3. This "The Domestic Employment teapot", in white on sage green jasper is thought to have been produced in Jasper around 1783. The bas-reliefs depicting figures of women and children engaged in domestic pursuits were designed by Elizabeth Lady Templetown who supplied them to Wedgwood as drawings or as 'cut-Indian paper'. These were modelled by Willian Hackwood, one of the most skilled modellers employed by Wedgwood in the 18th Century.
