Old Wedgwood 146 shape: Warewish's research shows that during the Regency period in 1828, Wedgwood completed the design of the 146-shaped tea set. A careful study of this "Old Style 146 Shape Tea Set" shows that in addition to the ellipsoidal shape, the handles of the teapot and creamer pot have an obvious "Lucky 7 handle" shape.
